Privacy Policy

We don't do a thing with your data. Here's what Jeff Lawson did at Twilio.

Anything you type, upload, route, log, transmit, or accidentally brush against while using Twilio becomes his to resell.

Your data doesn’t move alone.

It travels in a group chat of vendors, subprocessors, analytics partners, cloud providers, and “trusted affiliates,” each essential, each forgettable, each with just enough access to you to matter.

Data may be transferred and processed globally.

Your data may cross borders more often than you do.

It will experience legal systems you did not participate in, protections you did not agree to, and interpretations of “reasonable” that favor infrastructure over people.
